Nicky Tamberrino: Nicky Tamberrino is a blogger and the founder of Sanity Loading, a company with the mission to promote optimism around personal growth and self-expression. As a writer and in her poetry, Nicky focuses on the tough emotions along the path to self-acceptance. Nicky graduated from UMBC with a degree in social work before starting a family and beginning her self-discovery journey which led her along many paths. She has dedicated her life to overcoming her own self-limiting beliefs and now empowers others to do the same through various fitness, and mindfulness practices that she has studied and implemented in her own life.
